Clear operating terms for using LeadsBot in production.
These terms govern workspace creation, acceptable use, billing rules, service limits, and liability boundaries when you use LeadsBot to capture, route, and follow up with inbound leads.
Workspace and account creation
To use LeadsBot, you must create a workspace and provide accurate account and billing information. You are responsible for maintaining access to your dashboard account, email inbox, and any connected systems used to receive alerts or execute workflows.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs inside your workspace, including actions performed by team members, invited operators, admins, API keys, and connected automations. You must restrict admin permissions to trusted users only.
Accurate workspace details
Business name, contact email, billing details, and operational links must be current.
Secure access control
You must secure Telegram access, dashboard sessions, team roles, and integration credentials.
Acceptable use and prohibited activities
LeadsBot is built for legitimate inbound lead capture and fast response workflows. We maintain acceptable use rules to protect customers, prospects, delivery reputation, infrastructure reliability, and legal compliance.
No spam messaging
You may not automate outbound email, Telegram pings, or follow-up campaigns to prospects who have not given valid consent or initiated a legitimate enquiry.
No fraudulent scraping
You may not upload stolen databases, harvest public lists, verify scraped emails, or use capture flows to collect non-consensual personal details.
No malicious payloads
REST requests, inbound API submissions, and webhooks containing exploit targets, malware, phishing hooks, or abuse patterns may trigger termination.
No unlawful campaigns
You may not use LeadsBot to facilitate unlawful marketing, deceptive sales practices, impersonation, harassment, or regulated offers you are not authorised to make.
No platform abuse
You may not overload APIs, bypass rate limits, reverse-engineer private endpoints, or interfere with other workspaces, bots, queues, or delivery systems.
No misleading identity
You may not configure business names, reply addresses, forms, landing pages, or widgets that misrepresent who is contacting the lead.
Enforcement: we may throttle, suspend, block, or terminate workspaces that violate these terms, generate abuse complaints, damage sending reputation, or create security risk.
Billing, refunds, and plan limits
Paid workspaces are billed on a recurring monthly cycle unless a written enterprise agreement states otherwise. Billing is processed through supported payment providers or approved checkout flows where offered. Plan limits, including monthly lead caps, workspace seats, AI credits, API access, and workflow execution limits, are enforced automatically.
| Billing item | How it works | Customer responsibility |
|---|---|---|
| Recurring plans | Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. | Keep payment details current and cancel before renewal if you no longer want service. |
| Plan limits | Lead caps, seats, automation features, AI credits, and API/Webhook features depend on your active plan. | Upgrade or request enterprise limits when your usage exceeds plan allocation. |
| Refunds | Refunds are assessed case-by-case for duplicate billing, platform errors, or failed provisioning. | Contact support promptly with invoice ID and workspace details. |
| Enterprise terms | Enterprise workspaces may receive custom limits, invoicing, support, and commercial terms. | Enterprise must be assigned through approved business contact channels. |
Cancellation: Growth subscriptions can be cancelled from billing settings. Enterprise commercial terms are handled through sales@leadsbot.tech.
Data ownership and customer content
Your workspace owns the lead data it captures. LeadsBot does not purchase, sell, claim ownership over, or reuse your lead datasets for external marketing. We process lead information only to operate configured features such as Telegram alerts, inbox threads, follow-up sequences, AI summaries, webhooks, exports, and reporting.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect, store, and process the information submitted through your widgets, forms, landing pages, API endpoints, and imported records.
Service availability and delivery dependencies
LeadsBot is designed for reliable lead routing, but delivery may depend on third-party infrastructure including messaging providers, email providers, hosting networks, payment processors, customer domains, DNS providers, and your connected CRMs or webhook endpoints.
We may temporarily limit or interrupt access for maintenance, upgrades, security incidents, abuse prevention, infrastructure migrations, or events outside our reasonable control.
Webhook delivery depends on your endpoint
If your server rejects, times out, or rate-limits requests, delivery may fail or retry according to platform rules.
Telegram delivery depends on Telegram
Bot alerts require a reachable Telegram bot, valid chat permissions, and working Telegram infrastructure.
Liability boundaries
LeadsBot is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis except where a separate written enterprise agreement provides different terms. We work to maintain reliable service, but we do not guarantee that every lead will convert, every message will be answered, or every connected third-party system will remain available.
Maximum aggregate liability
Except where prohibited by law, our maximum aggregate liability for operational outages, delivery delays, data loss, billing errors, lost profits, or lost business opportunities is capped at the total fees paid by your workspace in the preceding 3 months.
Suspension, termination, and data export
You may stop using LeadsBot at any time. Paid workspaces remain active until the end of the paid billing period unless terminated earlier for serious misuse. We may suspend or terminate access if your workspace violates these terms, creates security risk, causes delivery abuse, or fails to pay required fees.
Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice before termination and allow export access. We may act immediately without notice for spam, fraud, malware, phishing, harassment, illegal activity, or attempts to harm the platform.
